Horizon Bank makes promotion

Horizon Bank has promoted Gail Bradley to vice president and regional treasury management officer. He most recently was senior treasury management officer. Bradley holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and is a graduate of the Barrett Graduate School of Banking.
