Michigan City-based Horizon Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq: HBNC) has completed its more than $135 million acquisition of Salin Bancshares Inc. in Indianapolis. As a result, all 20 Salin Bank and Trust Co. locations will be rebranded under the Horizon name.
