Technology created by Indianapolis-based TouchPoint One LLC is being recognized by a national trade publication. The company’s A-GAME platform has been named a 2016 Product of the Year by CUSTOMER.
The publication focuses on call center, customer relationship management and teleservices industries.
TouchPoint One’s A-GAME technology is contact center performance software the company describes as "an innovative gamification platform that leverages structured, league-based competition to inspire, motivate and recognize outstanding performance at the individual and team levels."
TouchPoint One Chief Executive Officer Greg Salvato calls the platform the company’s most "ambitious gamification endeavor" yet.
