Bloomington-based Hoosier Energy has named Jeff Pipkin economic development manager. He previously served as executive director of the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership. Pipkin has also served as an economic development representative for the Central Indiana Regional Workforce Board and as a regional strategic committee member for Indy Partnership. He graduated from Franklin College and is also a Oklahoma University Economic Development Institute graduate through Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
