Hoosier Energy Makes Promotion

Hoosier Energy has promoted Josh Cisney to manager of portfolio optimization. He previously served as a technical advisor in the emerging energy resources department. Cisney holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and master’s degrees from the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
