Hoosier Energy has hired Scott Bowers as Vice President, Public Policy and Member Services. Bowers has served as Vice President of Governmental Relations for Indiana Electric Cooperatives since 2011. He will oversee all legislative and economic development initiatives along with Hoosier Energy’s marketing and corporate communications departments. Bowers holds a degree from Indiana University.
