Hoosier Energy Hires Manager of Public Policy

Hoosier Energy has named Matt Randall manager of Public Policy & Community Relations. He most recently served as an executive director at Emmanuel Church in Greenwood. Randall holds a bachelor’s degree from IUPUI and a graduate certificate in nonprofit management from Indiana University.
