Hoosier Companies Awarded Military Contracts

Subscribe NowThe U.S. Department of Defense has awarded contracts worth up to $35 million to seven companies, more than half of which are located in Indiana. The contracts call for the production of machined parts or composite components related to a variety of military aircraft.
Garrity Tool Co. LLC in Indianapolis, Loughmiller Machine, Tool & Design Inc. in Loogootee, MSP Aviation Inc. in Bloomington and Integrity Defense Services Inc. in Springville are the Hoosier companies to receive contracts. The others are located in Ohio, Kansas and Kentucky.
Work on the contracts is expected to be complete by April 2024. Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane in southern Indiana is the contracting activity.
