Hoosier Companies Among Software 500

Two Indianapolis-based businesses are on a global list of top software companies for growth. The annual Software 500 measures year-to-year revenue, research and development funds and number of employees. Interactive Intelligence Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ) and CTI Group Holdings Inc. are on the 2015 list.
According to publication, Interactive Intelligence has 2,122 workers. The customer relationship technology company placed 187th overall and reported over $341 million in revenue. Last year, the company announced a $28 million expansion and 430 additional jobs at its Marion County campus.
CTI Group Holdings Inc., which was recently acquired by Canada-based Enghouse Systems Ltd. is 427th overall on the list. The publication lists the financial applications developer as having 112 employees and more than $18.3 million in revenue.
