The campuses of two Indiana colleges are being recognized for their beauty. Condé Nast Traveler has ranked them among "The 20 Most Beautiful College Campuses in America."

The University of Notre Dame’s campus is ranked second on the list, followed by Indiana University’s Bloomington campus at number three. The magazine cited the nearly 1,200 miles of bike and running trails and the Jordan River which run through the campus as reasons for making the list. Notre Dame is also being recognized for the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, which is the tallest university chapel in the country.

Only the University of Chicago is ranked higher than Notre Dame and IU. Brigham Young University – Hawaii and Duke University round out the top five. You can connect to the full list by clicking here.
