Two Indiana beer bars have gained national recognition. The Koelschip in Indianapolis and the Heorot Pub & Draught House in Muncie are listed among the top 100 beer bars in America by Draft magazine.

A recent addition to Indianapolis, The Koelschip opened on the city’s near north side in January of 2016. The Heorot has been a staple of downtown Muncie since 1995. This is the sixth consecutive year the Heorot has made the Draft list.
