KOKOMO, Ind. – Judy Dennis, Executive Director Family Service Association of Howard County Inc. is excited to announce the Grand Opening of Jackson Street Commons!
Jackson Street Commons is Kokomo's new $3.6 million facility providing permanent housing to 27 previously homeless Veterans.
In addition to housing, supportive services are offered to each resident as well as veterans in the community. Family Service Association wants to thank the community for their support in helping to make this project a reality. We are very proud to be opening the Jackson Street Commons facility, the third of its kind for Indiana to provide a permanent, supportive housing solution for our homeless veterans. We invite you to help us welcome our Veterans into their new homes.
Please join us to celebrate on Thursday, May 22, 2014. Opening ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m. with tours of the facility from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.
