One of the state’s most popular attractions is looking to fill 2,200 seasonal jobs over the next few weeks. Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari says it has a wide variety of positions that will be available to applicants by April.
Some of the available jobs include ride operators, lifeguards, sweepers, as well as positions in admissions, grounds, shops and food. Most of the jobs will be available to applicants 16 years and older with a few requiring a minimum age of 14. The park is also encouraging retirees and other adults looking for seasonal work to apply.
Holiday World says seasonal benefits for employees include a personal seasonal pass to the park, discounts on food and merchandise, and incentives and awards programs, among others. The park will also offer its Employee Transportation Program for those who would have have a ride to work.
The park will open its 72nd season May 5. This year, the park will introduce Tembo Falls and Tembo Tides, featuring junior water slides and a junior wave pool, that were added as part of a $3.5 million investment announced in November.
Holiday World says it is expecting to receive a record number if applicants. You can learn more about applying for the positions by clicking here.
