Holcomb Makes Board, Judicial Appointments

Governor Eric Holcomb has made more appointments to state boards and commissions. They include the Alcohol & Tobacco Commission and Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority Board, as well as a new Jasper County Superior Court judge.
The appointments include:
Alcohol & Tobacco Commission
- John L. Krauss (Indianapolis), will join the commission and will serve as chairman pro tempore. His term expires January 31, 2022.
- David Cook (Indianapolis) will continue his service on the commission and will continue to serve as the chairman. His new term will expire January 31, 2022.
- F. Dale Grubb (Covington) will continue his service on the commission. His new term will expire January 31, 2022.
- Marjorie Maginn (Indianapolis) will continue her service on the commission. Her new term will expire January 31, 2022.
- David Coleman (Danville), will serve as prosecutor to the commission. His term will expire January 31, 2022.
Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority Board of Directors
- J. June Midkiff (Fishers) will join the board. Her term expires November 30, 2021.
- Thomas K. McGowan (Carmel) will continue his service on the board. His new term expires November 30, 2021.
- Andrew W. Place, Sr. (South Bend) will continue his service on the board. His new term expires November 30, 2021.
Jasper County Superior Court
- Russell D. Bailey will succeed Judge James Ahler, who was appointed to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court earlier this year. Bailey, who currently serves as a judge for the DeMotte Town Court in Jasper County, will be sworn into his new position at a date to be determined.
