Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett has promoted Donald Morgan to corporation counsel for the city. He joined the office as chief litigation counsel in March of 2016 after beginning his career as a litigator and appellate advocate at Faegre Baker Daniels. Morgan is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington.
