Hogsett Makes Airport Authority Board Appointments

Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett has made two appointments to the Indianapolis Airport Authority Board. They include the managing partner of Indy-based law firm Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP and the executive vice president of Powers & Sons Construction Co., also based in Indianapolis.
Hogsett has appointed Toby McClamroch, a senior corporate and government lawyer, to the board. He is a former parliamentarian to the Indiana House of Representatives and the former majority leader of the Indianapolis City-County Council.
Mamon Powers III has also been appointed to the board. He has served in numerous roles with Powers & Sons before becoming executive vice president of the company as well as president of the Indianapolis office. He also serves on the boards of directors for the Indy Chamber, Ivy Tech Foundation, Methodist Health Foundation and The United Way of Central Indiana.
"These individuals bring many years of experience and perspective to the Indianapolis Airport Authority Board," said Hogsett. "As stewards of some of this community’s greatest assets including the award-winning Indianapolis International Airport, I know Toby and Mamon will uphold the incredible responsibility of caring for these unique facilities and continue to ensure that Indianapolis is a thriving destination for business and travel."
The IAA board consists of nine voting members appointed by the Indianapolis mayor and officials from Marion, Hamilton and Hendricks counties. It also includes one non-voting member representing Morgan County.
