History Center Changes Name

The Center for History in South Bend has changed its name. The nearly 150-year-old organization is now called The History Museum. Officials say the new name better reflects its mission.

The museum includes the historic Oliver Mansion, gardens and multiple galleries.

The mansion was donated to the organization in the late 1980s.
