The building, originally designed in 1922, is home to engineering firm Arcadis and the national governing bodies of USA Gymnastics, Diving, Track and Field and Synchronized Swimming.
Minnesota-based Onward Investors acquired the building at 130 E. Washington in September. The commercial real estate investment and development firm says it is looking to enhance the building’s historic and mid-century modern design and build "creative office space" specifically targeting the technology, media, advertising and other similar industries.
The 12-story, 200,000-square-foot building is currently 55 percent leased.
