INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The principals of arcDESIGN, an architecture and interior design firm, have completed the purchase of a historic 12,000 s.f. building at 201 N. Delaware Street.
The firm which currently resides at 8 W. Louisiana Street across from Union Station, will expand its operations to support its growth in planning, architecture and interior design.
Principal Andy Hine noted, “Our firm has experienced significant growth over the last four years, prompting the need for additional studio space. We are excited to remain in a vibrant and centralized downtown location.”
The 20-person firm will occupy the second and third levels of the building and Barcelona Tapas will continue to occupy the first level. Extensive renovation will be complete January 2014 and the firm will move its operations in February 2014.
