Indiana Landmarks has sold an Indianapolis mansion to Broad Street Developers. The Glossbrenner Mansion on North Meridian Street will be the new home of R&B Architects.
R&B Architects says it will use the main level for receptions, conference rooms and a gallery, and will put its offices on the second floor.
Broad Street Developers paid $412,000 for the property and expects to invest $400,000 to restore and adapt it for its offices, with space for tenants FORM Construction and Kessler Land Studio.
After the 18-month restoration, R&B Architects plans to make the space available for holiday events, private parties and weddings.
