Indianapolis-based Hirons has promoted Rose Durbin to senior vice president, media director. She has been with the firm for eight years. With years of experience in strategic media planning and buying, Durbin has deep knowledge of diverse industries including healthcare, financial services, retail, hospitality, agriculture and more.

Before joining the firm, she supervised various national accounts at a Chicago agency, including Jim Beam, Federal Crop Insurance, FMC Agricultural Solutions, Vigortone, MoorMan Products and Stauffer Seed.

Durbin earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
