Hirons has promoted Leigh-Ann Richardville to senior brand manager. Richardville previously served as an account manager for the agency’s communications management department. She has worked in administrative and client-focused roles with the company since 2015. Richardville will now focus on internal and external marketing. 

“Leigh-Ann’s knowledge and passion for our brand – along with her superior organizational skills and attention to detail – will serve Hirons well in this role,” said Deana Haworth, Chief Operating Officer.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University.
