Hirons has promoted Holly Havener to director of operations and project management. Havener previously served as the director of operations for the agency. She has over a decade of agency experience in management roles and will now lead recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and internal communications. 

“Holly’s friendly and upbeat demeanor, as well as her skill and experience in project management, will ensure our client projects move seamlessly through the agency and we continue to recruit talented new hires,” said Deana Haworth, Chief Operating Officer.

Havener holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
