Indianapolis-based Hirons has hired Charnay Pickett (pictured) and promoted Leigh-Ann Richardville and Clare Leonard to serve as account managers in the communications management department. 

Pickett has served the City of Indianapolis in multiple capacities, including as a public information officer for the Department of Public Works and communications coordinator for the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services. She also held a business development role for a consulting firm. Pickett is a graduate of Indiana University.

Richardville and Leonard are alumni of Ball State University. Richardville has been with Hirons since 2015 and has worked with both governmental and commercial clients. Leonard launched her post-collegiate career at Hirons as an account coordinator.
