Hillenbrand Inc. has appointed Leo Kulmaczewski as its senior vice president, Operations Center of Excellence and Hillenbrand Operating Model. He most recently served as senior vice president at Belden, and also held various roles at Leica Biosystems, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Honeywell. Kulmaczewski will be responsible for driving manufacturing and quality best practices. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and MBA from the DePaul University Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
