Hillenbrand Inc. has announced President and Chief Executive Officer Joe Raver is retiring at the end of the year and will be succeeded by Kimberly Ryan. Raver has served as CEO since 2013 and guided it from a $600 million death care company to a $2.5 billion global diversified industrial company. Ryan has served in several roles in her 33 years with Hillenbrand, including as president of Batesville Casket Company and Coperion. She will also be placed on the company’s board of directors upon Raver’s retirement.
