The Indiana Commission for Higher Education has named Chris Lowery commissioner for higher education. He most recently was senior vice president of workforce, careers and adult strategy at Ivy Tech Community College. Lowery holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Univerisity’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and a master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University’s DeVoe School of Business.
