The Indiana Commission for Higher Education has recommended funding approval for multiple projects and degrees throughout the state. They include Ivy Tech Community College initiatives in Lawrenceburg and Crown Point and degrees at Indiana University South Bend and IUPUI. Plans recommended by the commission are:

-A $6 million advanced manufacturing facility at Ivy Tech Community College in Lawrenceburg

-$602,356 per year for Ivy Tech Community College to lease an academic learning center at Purdue Research Park in Crown Point

The commission approved a pair of degrees:

-A Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability at Indiana University South Bend

-A Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at IUPUI
