High Alpha has named Julia Kauffman vice president of human resources. She previously served in various leadership positions at Salesforce.

Also, Elliott Parker has been appointed managing director of corporate innovation. He most recently served as a principal at Innosight, a business strategy consulting firm founded by Harvard Business School professor and best-selling author Clayton Christensen. Prior to his role at Innosight, Parker co-founded consulting firm Innovo Partners and worked on the corporate ventures team at Roche.
