Indianapolis-based High Alpha has named Eric Smith head of business design. He will also lead the company’s proprietary Sprint Week process.

Smith previously served as chief operating officer at One Click Ventures. He also holds an MBA from the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
