High Alpha Adds Robin Fleming

Indianapolis-based High Alpha has named Robin Fleming entrepreneur in residence. Fleming most recently served as senior vice president of technology at Angie’s List in Indianapolis and is currently a board member for Zionsville-based Clear Software. Her 30 years of experience in the tech field includes roles at Teradata’s Marketing Applications Division, which is formerly known as Aprimo, Match.com, Worksoft and i2 Technologies.

Fleming’s new role will include working with High Alpha on a new High Alpha Studio portfolio company. Partner Eric Tobias says "Robin’s enterprise software expertise and drive for delivering value are tremendous adds to High Alpha. Robin is an influential female technology leader, and I’m confident her leadership and passion for developing technology solutions will have a profound impact on our growing portfolio and emerging technologies."

During a 2016 interview on Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick, Fleming discussed the importance of mentorship in her career and in the tech industry.

Are Women Getting Tech Respect?

Fleming was also a guest on the first Inside INdiana Business Town Hall broadcast last year, where she talked about keys to bringing more women to tech.
