News Release

Indianapolis, Ind. — Appliance and electronics leader h.h. gregg (NYSE:HGG), today announces the promotion of Kevin Lyons to Senior Vice President, e-commerce. Lyons joined h.h. gregg in May 2013 as Vice President, e-commerce, and has since lead the e-commerce team’s creation of an ambitious online development and promotional strategy.

“Kevin's demonstration of leadership makes his promotion much deserved,” said Julie Lyle, Chief Marketing Officer. “His expertise has allowed him to spearhead his team's efforts to improve the online shopping experience for our customers, while also driving traffic to our stores. Kevin's passion for h.h. gregg, its people, and innovation to drive our future success, set the standard for not only e-commerce, but all shopping channels.”

Under Lyons' guidance, the h.h. gregg e-commerce team has created an ambitious dotcom development and promotional strategy. The strategy has improved website navigation, driven positive social media engagement among key customer groups and integrated online and in-store marketing, resulting in double-digit growth in sales and conversions.

“My advancement is as much a testament to my team’s work as my own,” said Lyons. “Working with h.h. gregg, such an established and history-rich retailer, while having the team and tools to make large-scale online and integrated in-store improvements has allowed me to make an impact for a brand I believe in.”

Prior to joining h.h. gregg, Lyons built a background in multi-channel service and merchandise offering and fulfillment through customer engagement. His retail foundation in supply chain, merchandising, process efficiency and customer insights was forged through progressively responsible leadership roles with strong big box retailers, as well his own consulting practice.

Lyons holds a bachelor's degree in history and education from Morehead State University and certifications in the following: DMA Channel Marketing, Yellow Belt Certification, Lean Six Sigma, Customer Centricity, Change Management and Accelerated Implementation Management.
