hhgregg Names Chief Merchandising Officer
Indianapolis-based hhgregg Inc. has named Aaron Trahan (pictured) chief merchandising officer. He previously served as vice president of merchandising for Texas-based Conn’s Home Plus. Trahan succeeds Keith Zimmerman, who was terminated by hhgregg in October. The company did not state a reason for the termination. Trahan’s appointment continues the string of executive leadership changes for hhgregg. Riesbeck was officially named CEO in August after serving in the role on an interim basis since last February. Later in August, the company also named a new chief financial officer and chief retail officer, among other key leadership positions.
