Matthew Boldt has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for Heritage Place. He practices transactional law with a focus on real estate and business entity formation at Lewis Wagner LLP. Boldt is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the State of Indiana, Indiana state courts and the U.S. Federal District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He is also an honors graduate of the University of Dayton and received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Philosophy. Boldt earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2014.
