Herff Jones has appointed Tim Rauschenbach vice president of customer service. He previously worked with Amazon, UnitedHealth Group and Practice Fusion. Rauschenbach has more than 20 years of experience in customer service. He will be responsible for redesigning the customer service operation at Herff Jones’ corporate office in Indy.
