Indianapolis based Heartland Film President Craig Prater has announced his retirement. He previously served as executive director of the Palm Springs International Film Festival, Bangkok International Film Festival and founded the Festival of Festivals in California. Prater joined the organization in 2016 and founded the Academy Award Qualifying Indy Shorts International Film Festival
