A health care technology company has a new chief financial officer. Indianapolis-based Healthx says Kathy Kinder has been named to the position. She most recently served as CFO and senior vice president of a software development company. July 9, 2014

Ms. Kinder brings over 20 years of financial management experience to Healthx with extensive expertise focused on venture backed, private equity owned and publically-held technology companies. She was the chief financial officer and senior vice president for Consona Corporation, now Aptean, an ERP and CRM software development company, which grew from $30 million to $130 million. “Ms. Kinder’s deep experience from technology companies and important leadership skills will help drive the planning and execution of our immediate and long-term financial strategies,” said Martin Samples, Healthx Executive Vice President of Product and Marketing. “She is joining at a pivotal point in our company’s history. Her experience will prove invaluable as we expand our reach into new markets.”
