Healthcare Facility to Open in Glendale
Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett will cut the ribbon during the grand opening of Oak Street Health’s Glendale location January 16. With the opening of the center, 40 new jobs will be available.
Oak Street Health is a network of health centers that provide primary care to Medicare patients. At the Glendale center, patients will have access to free transportation to and from appointments, Medicare education classes to help explain insurance benefits and supplemental services, such as podiatry and behavioral health, in addition to primary care.
The grand opening event will take place at 1 p.m.
