Carmel-based Clinical Architecture LLC is planning to expand its headquarters and add 40 jobs over the next three years. The health care information technology company says it will invest $4.2 million into leasing, renovating and equipping its space at the Meridian Mark I building in the Hamilton County city.
Clinical Architecture currently employs 57 and all but five are located at its HQ. It has another office in the United Kingdom. The new positions, which include software development, clinical, sales, marketing and product management professionals, are expected to pay more than double the average wage in the state.
Chief Executive Officer Charlie Harp says "I have lived and worked on both the East and West Coasts before moving to Indiana in 1993. What I’ve discovered over the last 25 years is that the business-friendly environment, cost of living and smart, dedicated, hardworking people make Indiana a great place to establish and grow a business."
The company was founded 10 years ago and works with hospitals, health systems, analytics vendors, payers and electronic health records providers to leverage clinical and administrative information.
Clinical Architecture has been offered up to $800,000 in conditional tax and training incentives from the Indiana Economic Development Corp. You can connect to more about the expansion plans for the tech company by clicking here.
