Indiana State Police Superintendent Douglas Carter has promoted Stacey Hartman to Forensic Scientist EVII, to serve as the Fort Wayne Regional Laboratory Manager. She will be responsible for administration and operation of the lab and evidence systems. Hartman has worked at the FWRL for more than 13 years after starting in law enforcement with the Allen County Sheriff’s Department and Allen County Prosecutor’s Office. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and a master’s degree from the University of New Haven.
