Harris Succeeds Late Husband in House

Earl Harris (D-2), who passed away last month, served in the General Assembly since 1982. Donna Harris won approval of district precinct committee members this weekend.
Earl Harris won re-election in November, so Donna will complete the final days of the current session and the remainder of his two-year term.
