Hands of Hope expands services to Blackford County

Hands of Hope, a provider of domestic violence intervention services, is expanding into Blackford County.
A service of Radiant Health, the community mental health center for Blackford and Grant counties, Hands of Hope is available through a helpline; an advocate meeting a victim in a safe place; or, in early September, an office visit at the Hartford City Radiant Health office, 410 Pilgram Blvd., suite 100.
“It only made sense for Hands of Hope to provide services in Blackford County since Radiant Health has an office in Hartford City,” Hands of Hope Director Linda Wilk said in a news release.
Hand of Hope provides 24-hour crisis support, safe sheltering, personalized safety planning, support groups, individual counseling and other outreach services.

The helpline in Wabash County is 260-563-4407.
