Noblesville-based Hamilton County Area Neighborhood Development is searching for a new executive director. The organization says Nate Lichti, who has served in the role since 2012, is leaving to work for a regional nonprofit organization.
HAND is a nonprofit organization that aims to raise awareness of affordable housing needs and provide solutions. The organization says it conducted a strategic plan, known as the Housing Needs Assessment, and built relationships in all eight cities and towns in Hamilton County during Lichti’s tenure.
In a statement to the media, Lichti said, "It’s been a privilege serving HAND, and I’ll miss regular interactions with Hamilton County communities."
HAND says Lichti’s successor will have the opportunity to build on a platform developed as part of the organization’s multi-year strategy adopted in 2013. Those interested in the position can find more info by clicking here.
