Carmel-based Hamilton National Title LLC has acquired another central Indiana business. As part of the deal, Millennium Title's Brad Bivens will join Hamilton National as a vice president. The company also purchased Indianapolis-based Landmark Title in August. October 10, 2013

News Release

CARMEL, Ind. – Hamilton National Title, LLC is excited to announce the acquisition of Fishers, Indiana based Millennium Title. Founded in 1999 by title industry veteran Dawn Bivens, Millennium Title has made a mark on the real estate community of central Indiana with their highly personalized customer service and market expertise. Shortly after founding Millennium Title, Brad Bivens joined Dawn and brought his sales and customer service experience to the company and helped accelerate the growth of the business. Millennium Title's clients include real estate brokers, financial service firms, real estate executives and leading banks throughout the metro Indianapolis area.

Brad Bivens, who joins Hamilton Title as a vice president commented that “we are thrilled to be joining forces with a market leader like Hamilton Title. Hamilton will provide our clients with the technical capabilities of a sophisticated company, while at the same time providing a service level that is expected from and deserved by our long standing customers.”

Dawn Bivens adds “after 14 years in operation, we were only willing to sell our business to a company that had the sophistication to thrive in a changing market place. There will be more and more business combinations within the title industry in Indiana, and we believe that Millennium's clients will be assured many more years of great service at Hamilton Title.”

Hamilton National Title's owner, Daniel P. Fowler commented that “we are pleased to have Brad Bivens join our growing company. This is the third company in a little over a year that we have acquired, and I am proud that each time, the owner of the original company has chosen to stay on to service their customers. We have three owners of title companies in Indiana on our team, giving us unprecedented experience and skills to service Indiana’s title and escrow needs.”

Hamilton National Title was originally acquired in July of 2012 by Daniel Fowler, who owns a group of title and escrow businesses in the Midwest, including leading Chicago title agency Near North National Title. Hamilton most recently acquired Landmark Title, a long time and successful central Indiana company. Fowler commented “It is such a pleasure to be working with so many dedicated title professionals. We intend to continue to add talented people and make acquisitions throughout Indiana to solidify our position as a leading title and escrow service provider.”

Hamilton National will continue to service customers from current locations on Carmel Drive in Carmel, and on the shores of Lake Clearwater on 82nd Street in Indianapolis.

We look forward to continuing to provide first-rate title services and products to our clients, and to building new client relationships in the dynamic and ever-changing Indianapolis real estate market.
