Jennifer Hallowell has joined FaegreBD Consulting as a director with the firm’s government advocacy and consulting group in Indianapolis. She provides 20 years of experience in organizational and project management, issue advocacy, public relations, and marketing. After launching Hallowell Consulting LLC in 2009, she served as the consultant for Indiana Secretary of State Connie Lawson, U.S. Congressman Luke Messer and Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness. She was the political advisor to former Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard and the architect of his re-election.
