Plans for a nearly $5 million office and co-working space have been approved by the town council, joining additional development in the area that includes two mixed-use projects and a big recreation center.
One of the projects is the $60 million Brownsburg Town Center, which is expected to be complete sometime next year. Its pricetag is $60 million and plans call for 220 apartments, as well as retail and parking space across from the future Brownsburg Recreation Center.
The Brownsburg Office Suites will be two-stories and include room for 110 office suites, three conference rooms and co-working space in the larger area known as Arbuckle Park.
Design plans are ongoing for the Public Green entryway, which will help connect residents, businesspeople and shoppers to public park space in and around the town’s center.
The office project is expected to begin soon and be complete in about a year.
