Growing Places Indy has added Lauren Day and Lyndsay Crespo to its board of directors. Day is owner of CityStrategies LLC. She spent almost five years with IndyGo and is now a part-owner of two new businesses: CityStrategies, where she works on mobility solutions and strategic projects, and Solid State Midwest, where she explores her design and large-scale remodel management skills.

Crespo is director of grants John Boner Neighborhood Centers. She was educated in urban planning and has devoted her career to housing, economic and community development initiatives. Crespo spends her days working with community partners to engage residents, design programs, and raise funds in order to accomplish community goals.
