A ceremony set for Thursday in Indianapolis will mark the start of construction on a nearly $12 million mixed-use senior property. BWI Development & Management LLC President Gary Hobbs tells Inside INdiana Business the Clifton Square project will serve as a “catalyst” for the area and is expected to create around two dozen jobs. The building will include nearly 60 apartments, plus commercial and health care office space.

It will consist of two main towers bridged by a skywalk.

In February, the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority announced the project was awarded more than $1 million in federal grants.
