Construction on the building is expected to be complete in the spring of 2017. The MCEDA says the building will be able to house various types of operations, including light and heavy manufacturing, industrial and warehouse and distribution.
"This project is very special for our County and Region as it represents the next step towards continued manufacturing growth and job stability in our community," said Jim Tidd, executive director of the MCEDA. "We look forward to completing construction in the coming months and to the new career opportunities for the citizens of our region that it will provide."
The MCEDA says the building and the 850-acre site are adjacent to U.S. 31 and an aircraft runway, which offers access to cargo and corporate aircraft. You can learn more about the project by clicking here.
