The multi-million dollar location for St. Elizabeth Physicians will feature a multi-specialty physician center and expanded primary care and urgent care services.
The new facility is expected to open in the first quarter of 2018 in the Dearborn County city. St. Elizabeth says it will feature specialty rotations, including neurology, rheumatology, behavioral health and women’s health, among others.
"Our goal is to increase patient access," said Jacob Bast, chief operating officer of St. Elizabeth Physicians. "We are committed to connecting patients to their primary care provider and coordinating care with other specialists and healthcare services."
St. Elizabeth has facilities throughout Kentucky, Ohio and southeastern Indiana. Numerous officials were on hand for the ground breaking ceremony Monday, including St. Elizabeth Healthcare Chief Executive Officer Garren Colvin.
